redbull flugtag miami

josh and I went to the redbull flugtag in miami. it's a little silly and our there, but we had a lot of fun.

how it works is people make these planes and they drop them off the edge of the bay and see if any of them fly. we only stayed for about 4 and none of them flew. but it was fun to see!! ;)

new addition

in addition to the 8 chihuahuas and 6 cats and a lab, our roommate jesse came home with a new pet the other day named Ned. luckily he has a nice cage outside. he's a fun little guy though!

job hunt experience

I was driving to and from miami beach a lot looking for jobs. the drive wasn't so bad with this killer view!

FaceTime

I've tried to make it a routine to FaceTime with my family every Sunday to see what's going on. after all, my dad is the only one without an iPhone. here are some fun pics.

Halloween

so we went to a Halloween party with my brother in law tyler and his fiancé. they met there last year and are now engaged. josh and I went as matching ninja turtles, but sadly I never got a pic. on actual Halloween josh and I dressed up as kitties and passed out Halloween candy at the storer household. the little kids loved our costumes. it was lotsa fun!

fun in Utah

for Tyler's homecoming I was able to spend the rest of the weekend in Utah, which so happened to be really hard on josh cuz he came down with pneumonia and bronchitis while I was gone and didn't have his awesome nurse/wife to take care of him.

so on Oct 17 tyler got home. I flew in from Florida and helped prepare for the big homecoming.

it is such a great feeling seeing your baby brother for the first time in 2 years. I felt so blessed to be able to go.

he wasn't nearly as crazy as JD was when he got home. and Danica and tyler still had that instant connection right when they first saw each other. they've always had a special bond and it happened immediately when they met for the first time when she was born.
